Can I remove a line from my Sprint account?

You can add or remove devices associated to your sprint.com online profile on the My device page on sprint.com.

Sign in to My Sprint

  1. Click on the My Account then Profile & Settings.
  2. Click Limits & Permissions.
  3. Click on the Tell us about your device link.
  4. You will see the My device page.

To cancel a line of service you would have to call in. As long as you have an active line of service you remain a customer. The early termination fee would depend on if you are in contract and for how long. Canceling one line of service may require you change the plan on the other line.
