What is Chromebook Academy?

Chromebook Academy is a part of the Google Partner Training Platform which tests your understanding of Chromebooks and Chromebook Support. This course contains five different lessons and each lesson has assessments which you need to finish before moving to the next module.

The first module is about Chromebook Support which tests your understanding of Chromebooks and how to provide support for users calling you to fix their Chromebooks. You’ll learn the basics of Chromebook, how to troubleshoot common issues, how to resolve hardware issues, how to resolve usage issues, and key support resources. This assessment contains 20 questions.

The second module(Level 100) is about general Chromebooks and tests your understanding of Chromebooks, what are their basic hardware is about, what are apps and how can you access and use apps on Chromebooks through Google Playstore. You then learn about how Chromebooks are perfect for all kinds of users, how cross-selling works with Chromebooks and how security works on Chromebooks. This assessment contains 12 questions.

The third module(Level 200) is about Google Play Store, how to access it, how to install apps and games from there. You also learn how to work on Chromebooks using in-built work apps like Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
