There are 4 types of goals that you can track in Google Analytics.

(1) Destination goals – Used to track a visit to a specific URL of your website.

(2) Pages/Screens per session goals – Used to track how many pages a person visits on your website.

(3) Duration goals – Used to track how much time a visitor stays on your website.

(4) Event Goals – Used to track certain actions like playing a video, clicking on the buy button, etc.
