  1. This answer is false. This statement implies that if you lose your internet connection and you have a google account, you can still access the cloud.
I have a document from a laptop that I had back in 2005. I still access this document on my current machine, so does that mean I’m accessing it from my laptop that’s now been recycled? Obviously not even though the document was from that laptop the context of the word from means where it resides now not where it originated.
If you lose your internet connection you can not access anything in / from the “cloud”. If you have any data saved / synced locally, which I believe was the intent of the question, then yes you can still access that local data, but you are not accessing it from the “cloud” it’s an un-synced copy on your local device that will then be updated when you regain your connection to the cloud / internet. Please correct this as it is misleading people who already have a limited understanding of how these things work.

Had it been phrased (from Drive) rather than from the cloud, that would leave room for interpretation of it being locally synced data on a device where you have had your information cached.
