If you have deleted your own account, you should have received a reactivation link via email when you deleted your account. If you cannot find that email or if someone else deleted your account without your knowledge, please go to the Help Center to submit a ticket. Make sure to select General Support as the Case Category, and then select Disabled Account from the General Topics drop-down menu. Please provide the email address and date of birth that were on the account with your request to re-enable your account.
If your account was disabled by IMVU Staff, we almost always send an email to the address on your account. Common reasons why your account may have been disabled are Terms of Service violations and suspected fraud.
