How to permanently delete emails in Outlook
Delete all emails in Outlook on the web
- Sign in to Outlook on the web.
- At the top of your inbox, above the message list, select the check box.
- Above the message list, select Delete.
- To permanently delete the messages, right-click the Deleted Items folder and select Delete all.
Open the Inbox folder, select to highlight the email messages in the Inbox folder that you will delete permanently, and press the Shift + Delete keys at the same time. In a pop-up warning dialog box, click the Yes button. Then all selected email messages in the Inbox folder are deleted permanently.
