If you’re using Google Tag Manager, you can measure conversions by adding the Conversion Linker tag to your landing page URLs, which automatically identifies information about the ad click that brought someone to your site. It also then stores this information in new cookies on your domain.
All you have to do is add on the conversion linker tag to Google Tag Manager and this will allow you to measure conversions.
