He can use a keyword-rich title and video description so that his videos can be found while searching on text search engines like Google and video search engines like YouTube. If he is posting his videos on YouTube then he can ask the viewers to click on the Share button and if he is posting on websites then he can add a Call To Action Share button where people can click to share his videos on social media channels. If he is posting his videos on Instagram, Twitter, etc. then he can add relevant hashtags. These hashtags will make his videos discoverable when someone searches that hashtag.
