You can create Segments to find out the age group, browser language, users who viewed a webpage, then watched a video, and users who engaged in social media or email campaigns.
If you click on Add Segment on the Google Analytics Acquisition report then you can choose the Age group from the Demographics tab and you can also choose the language from the Demographics tab.
You can find users who viewed a webpage and then a video by creating a Custom metric and choosing the Scope as Hit level. You can then choose this Custom metric in the Segments data.
You can find out users who engaged in social media or email campaigns by creating Custom Dimensions and choosing the scope as Session level. You can then choose this custom dimension from the Segments.
