What is Support English Language Learners Course
This training is conducted by Google via Skillshop which tests the understanding of using different techniques to help students who are trying to learn the English language. You will be using different tools from Google to help students learn English in the classroom. You will help students that don’t know English to attend schools where English is the primary language. You will also learn to reach out to families and educate them on the importance of learning the English language.
This course only has three units. The first unit is Creating Access and Agency, the second unit is Make School Accessible, and the third unit is Engaging ELL families.
The Course Review exam consists of a total of 8 questions and you have unlimited time to complete the exam. The certificate is valid for a period of 12 months and if you fail in your first try then you can retake the exam after 24 hours.
