(A) Determine if your ad and keyword are receiving impressions
(B) How many impressions were lost because of the conflict
(C) Which keywords and negative keywords are conflicting
(D) Whether the conflict is at the campaign or ad group level
The Negative Keywords Conflicts report gives information about the keywords that are conflicting with your negative keywords. Example – If you use Flower Seeds as a Negative keyword and one of the targeted keywords in your Ad group also contains the term Flower Seeds then the report will show that the term Flower Seeds is reducing your campaign effectiveness.
The report will also show if the conflict is at a campaign level or ad group level. Example – If you use the term Flower Seed as a negative keyword for all your ad groups inside a campaign then the report will show a conflict at the campaign level. If you use it only for a selected ad group inside a campaign then the report will show a conflict at the Ad group level.
