Skydance Shun, the Horde flight trainer, can be found beside the flight master on the landing platform at the Shrine of Two Moons. This Shrine is in the northern part of the Valley of the Four Winds. Cloudrunner Leng, the Alliance flight trainer, can be found at the Shrine of Seven Stars next to the flight master.
