You can manage a sponsored ad campaign in Amazon using three ways, Bulksheets, Manually, and API.
Bulksheets – You have the option of creating and optimizing campaigns in bulk operations. Instead of making changes individually in the campaign manager, you can make broad scale changes to your campaigns using a spreadsheet.
Manually – You can manually target keywords if you know what your customers are searching, target products by ASIN or product category and set bids on individual keywords.
API – You can run several sponsored ad campaigns and it is easier to manage them by accessing campaign performance data through the API. With the API, developers can build custom applications to control their ad campaigns outside of the Amazon advertising console.
