You can create a specific criteria based on your audience’s Behavior on your website to define remarketing audiences. You can use behavior criteria like users who visited a specific page on your website, users who played a video on the website. You can also use the language of the user from User Demographics feature.
You cannot target people who searched for a product on Google Search because they haven’t visited your website yet. Remarketing is only possible for users who have visited your website before.
