Premium cylinders can randomly appear in shops on Titans which have reached a certain Development Level for 25,000 G. A small number of them can be received from Mochichi as rewards for increasing Rex’s Salvager Rank. With the New Quests Pack 1 DLC installed, Premium Cylinders can be crafted by Budada in Goldmouth Res.
